How we make our Ghee
At HmmBrr our methods are such that we choose health over speed and ensure that every step in the process supports the idea of building a conscious community. It is reflected in every step we take; from the way we treat our cows to how we source our feed. Cattle rearing, to us, is a noble pursuit, something that demands compassion. Hence, we fall back to the ancient Vedic wisdom and nurture our cows with the utmost love and respect.
To boost their health, we feed our cows nutrient-rich fodder with a special blend of Ayurveda herbs. The fodder is consciously sourced from our well-connected community of local farmers, securing their livelihoods and making them the key contributors to our journey.
We have adopted the traditional and authentic Bilona method to make Ghee from fresh Gir cow milk. Unlike the general process used for mass production, we culture both milk and cream to make fresh curd. Our farm produce is 100% organic and naturally drawn.

Sahiwal cows are native to this land and can be traced back to the terrains of Punjab. Due to their Indigeneity, they have developed a high tolerance for tropical diseases. As a result, their milk contains multiple antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Paired with Ayurvedic herbs and nutritional fodder, the medicinal properties of herbs also become a part of the milk produced, making it of the finest quality.
